Broadband Issues - 31st October 2022
Due to a service outage at the London datacentre, Saffron was without broadband from noon until 5pm on 31/10/22.
This resulted in the loss of telephones and computers across our network and we were unable to take calls to service our client.
Our group IT team and our third party provider of network services have restored connectivity and there will be an investigation into the cause and how to safeguard against future events.
