Coronavirus
With the impact of the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) outbreak being felt by businesses around the world, we are writing to update you on preparations we are taking for the potential implications of this significant global challenge.
At Saffron Insurance we are preparing to ensure seamless business continuity in all scenarios, and across all areas of our business.
We have multiple office locations (fifteen) across East Anglia and facilities for remote working, ensuring full access to all our systems, which allows us to mitigate the risk the virus may have and continue servicing our clients.
We are taking the following specific actions:-
- Wherever possible, we are offering client meetings to be "online" rather than face-to-face and avoiding any physical contact, such as handshakes in any meetings that continue on a face-to-face basis.
- We are following all government guidelines.
- We are suspending internal meetings between offices taking place in March and April and minimising travel between offices for staff.
We do not currently foresee any impact on the continuity of our service, and although we believe the actions we have put in place are appropriate for the current levels of risk, they are in constant review.
