Meet The Team - Stacey Marsh

This week we sit down with Stacey Marsh our Small Commercial Team Leader.

1. How long have you worked at Saffron Insurance?

3 years & 3 months 

2. Tell us about your career at Saffron up to this point?

I joined Saffron Insurance 3 years ago, I had previous experience working with an insurer dealing with Personal Injury Motor Claims so broking was completely new to me. I started as a client adviser in the Small Commercial team where I pushed myself to take on a lot of team responsibilities whilst assisting and supporting my team leader. After 18 months of working within the team I was lucky enough to be given the opportunity to become the Small Commercial team leader. My team (and the business) are growing from strength to strength and I am very excited for what 2018 has in store for us. 

3. What is your biggest achievement since working here?

Presenting to the entire business regarding my team’s pre renewal process at our Team Briefing sessions.

4. Describe yourself in three words?

Charismatic, loyal and organised

5. If given a chance, who would you like to be for a day?

Beyonce – I love singing but singing doesn’t love me!

6. Tell us something about yourself that would surprise us?

I am a qualified Hairdresser.
