Business Update - August 2023

Dear Client 

Since the merger of Saffron Insurance Services Ltd and Hugh J Boswell Ltd in February 2022, we have been focusing on the continued support for our clients’ through this period. We strongly believe our service proposition has improved in this time and that our clients have access to wider markets, improved rates, wider technical knowledge and all round better service levels.  

With the ever-changing needs of our clients’ and to ensure the continued success, improvement and future growth, we have reviewed our office footprint across East Anglia. As a result of this review and consultation with the staff, we have taken the decision to close our Sudbury office from 1^st August 2023 and our Royston & Gidea Park (Romford) offices from 31^st August 2023. This is a key part of the businesses strategy to see our offices be a place of learning, improvement and ultimately to deliver higher standards of customer service.

Our staff will remain within the business, working from our commercial offices in Haverhill, Huntingdon and Harlow. The service you will receive will remain unchanged and you will be able to contact us by the phone or email with your usual details.

Any post that has been sent to these office after their closing date is being re-directed to the appropriate offices to ensure action is taken.
