For a third year in a row Saffron Insurance has received Feefo’s Gold Service award, an independent seal of excellence that recognises businesses for delivering exceptional experiences, rated by real clients. 

Saffron received over 650 reviews within the last year, and a Feefo service rating between 4.5 and 5.0. We are extremely proud of our staff and the continued high levels of service they are providing.

However, we don’t want you to think that all we care about are gold stars and shiny certificates. We value all genuine client feedback, even negative reviews. If a clients unhappy, we’ll always get in touch to find out how we could have done better. We’ve actually made quite a few changes to our service based on suggestions from Feefo reviewers.
